The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Fastrack-sol:
Revisions are based on the selected package. Clients can request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design at no extra cost, provided the design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
In any event, funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or if a change is requested unless Fastrack-sol cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
Requests for a refund will be processed as follows:
A refund request can be made when the initial concepts for a logo are provided. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void, and a refund request will not be entertained.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you will qualify for a full refund (minus a 10% administration and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% administration and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund requests will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please reach out to us if you have concerns.
No refund requests will be entertained after 7 working days of inaction by the customer. If you wish to restart the order, a fee will be charged based on your project.
All refund requests should be made to the support department, and Fastrack-sol reserves the right to approve/reject any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client’s approval.
Refund policies for custom bundles will apply in the same manner as for single packages.
A valid reason must be provided for a refund request, which must align with the design brief and client feedback. If a concept has been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be approved, but further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.
Both parties (Fastrack-sol & Client) agree not to criticize each other or any of their employees, associates, or partners publicly. Similarly, both parties agree not to make disparaging comments on public forums, blogs, social networks, or any media that could harm either party’s reputation. In case of a breach, the breaching party will be required to pay reasonable compensation as determined by the non-breaching party.
The request must be made in good faith. If a client has placed design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, it will not be considered good faith. In such instances, Fastrack-sol reserves the right to decline a refund request.
All design jobs require client input before completing the design, so the client’s active participation and feedback throughout the process are essential to achieving the desired results.
This guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by Fastrack-sol is found to be significantly similar to another existing design. Any resemblance to an existing design will be considered a coincidence, and Fastrack-sol will not accept responsibility or compensation in such a case. Copyrighting the artwork is the client’s responsibility.
To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and approved, please meet the following requirements:
We will attempt to resolve your concern in accordance with our revision policy, or we will send you a refund request approval from our refund department.
Upon refund, the rights to your design will be transferred to Fastrack-sol, and you will not be allowed to display any version of the design provided by the company.
We archive your final design after delivery. If you wish to receive the final files again, we can email them to you upon request.

Fastrack-sol is not responsible for any communication from email addresses other than those ending with our domain, i.e., “info@brandgems.com,” or any toll-free number not specified on our website. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by such communication.
We are confident in the work we do and offer a money-back guarantee. If we are unable to meet and exceed your expectations, we will provide a refund.
We promise that all our logos are created from scratch. If a logo designed by Fastrack-sol is found to be considerably similar to another existing design, it will be considered a coincidence, and we will not accept responsibility or compensation. Copyrighting the artwork is the client’s responsibility.
